What is QHHT?
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a deep hypnosis method developed by Dolores Cannon. A trained practitioner guides you into deep relaxation to explore meaningful scenes, often described as past lives, and then to connect with your Higher Self, or Subconscious, for answers and healing.
Can QHHT be done online?
No. The Academy advises that QHHT should only be done in person with a trained practitioner, never by phone, video call or remotely.
Do I need more than one QHHT session?
Usually not. QHHT is designed as a one-time experience, and the Academy says additional sessions are not typically necessary.
What if I cannot be hypnotised?
Most people can relax deeply enough for QHHT. Many clients now feel somewhat awake and aware during their session and still have a meaningful experience.
