Ebrahim Turner is a London-based hypnotist who works with entrepreneurs and business owners, using hypnosis to change the subconscious patterns and identity that shape how they decide, lead and handle stress. His free “I will hypnotize you” sessions on YouTube have made him one of the most-watched hypnotists online. [1]
Who is Ebrahim Turner?
Ebrahim Turner studied economics at the University of East Anglia, graduating with a BSc in 2017. [2] He built his career in marketing: he has owned Prop Media, which generates leads for the property industry, since 2016, and hosts Prop Sessions for Future Agent, a company that helps estate agencies grow. [2]
In 2020 he founded Conscious Entrepreneur, the business through which he works as a hypnotist. [2] His podcast, The Conscious Entrepreneur, set out his early aim: helping online entrepreneurs master their internal state and become the architects of their reality. [3]
Today his private practice is aimed at founders and executives. He describes his method as a blend of clinical hypnosis, applied psychology and an understanding of what it takes to build and lead a business. The focus is on the deep patterns behind decisions: identity, fear, self-sabotage and emotional regulation. [1] His practice is rated 4.9 on Trustpilot. [1]
He reaches a much wider audience through YouTube, where his short guided sessions on focus, anxiety, confidence and money mindset are free to watch, and through a paid online community. He has appeared on podcasts including Jack Neel, The Charlie Johnson Show and Spencer Lodge’s show.
His approach in brief
- Find the pattern. Map the subconscious pattern, such as a fear of visibility or a scarcity loop, behind a recurring problem.
- Work at identity level. Change the self-image that drives behaviour, rather than adding more strategy.
- Use hypnosis. A focused, relaxed state makes new suggestions easier to absorb.
- Integrate and repeat. Notice the shifts between sessions and anchor them into daily life.

Ebrahim Turner’s approach to hypnosis
Turner presents hypnosis as a practical tool for changing how you operate. Tap a card to read more.
The identity ceiling
Turner’s central idea is what his site calls the subconscious ceiling: a hidden, identity-level limit on how much success, wealth or ease you allow yourself. He argues that many capable people already know what to do; the block is not tactical but a deep pattern, such as a fear of visibility, a scarcity loop or an identity tied to struggle. [1]
Remove one of those patterns, he says, and you stop fighting yourself. His posts often make the same point: knowledge alone does not change behaviour, so the change has to happen at the level of who you believe you are. For related ideas, see our guides to Psycho-Cybernetics, which also centres on self-image, and self-esteem.
Hypnosis without the stage show
Turner is keen to separate his work from stage hypnosis. As his site puts it, hypnosis is not stage tricks and it is not losing control; it is a direct way of working with the patterns behind decisions, stress and the experience of success. [1]
In practice, hypnosis usually involves guided relaxation and focused attention, followed by suggestions and imagery aimed at a goal. If you are new to it, our hypnosis guide explains how it works, and our instant self-hypnosis guide shows how to practise on your own.
Free guided sessions on YouTube
Turner’s YouTube channel is the easiest way to try his work. His “I will hypnotize you” videos are short guided sessions, usually five to ten minutes, on themes such as doing the hard things you keep avoiding, focus, anxiety, attracting a partner and letting go of an old version of yourself.
To get the most from them, listen somewhere quiet where you can close your eyes, never while driving, and treat repetition as part of the process. Pair them with our procrastination, anxiety and self-confidence guides.
Private sessions
His private practice works by application. You submit a short application and, if it looks like a fit, have a call with his team. Before session work begins, Turner runs a detailed intake to map the patterns behind your behaviour and decisions. You then have private one-to-one hypnosis sessions, online or in person, tailored to your situation, followed by integration support between sessions so the changes take hold. [1]
Pricing is discussed on the fit call and is aimed at established business owners.
The Neural Reprogramming Community
For people who are not ready for private work, Turner runs the Neural Reprogramming Community on Skool, priced at $497 a month. [4] It includes two live group coaching sessions a month with Ebrahim and co-host Maggie, his library of hypnosis tapes, recordings of past group calls, Billionaire Imprint (a three-day course on his method) and an Identity Audit Workshop. What the Research Shows
Turner’s specific method has not been studied, but research on hypnosis and on the techniques it draws on is encouraging.
- Hypnosis boosts therapy. A meta-analysis found that adding hypnosis to cognitive behavioural therapy improved results, with the average client doing better than at least 70% of those who received therapy alone. [6]
- A powerful state. A meta-analysis of hypnotic pain relief found meaningful effects for most people, showing how strongly suggestion can shape experience. [7]
- Rehearsing in the mind. Mental practice, rehearsing a task in your imagination, reliably improves real performance. [8] Guided hypnosis often uses this kind of imagery.
- Identity and values. Self-affirmation research shows that reflecting on your core values can reduce defensiveness and help lasting change, [9] which fits his emphasis on identity.
