Quick answer: what is Adamantine Health?

  • It is a complementary energy healing method. Its creator describes it as a complementary medicine technique that uses stimulation with the hands on specific points of the nervous system (Rosero, 2024c).
  • It was created by Dr Francisco Rosero. Rosero, a healer and teacher from Ecuador, has developed the method over 24 years (Rosero, 2024a).
  • It is taught in six classes. The programme covers energy points, consciousness, magnetic energy, emotional blocks, mental clarity and life purpose (Rosero, 2024b).
  • It includes a 3-minute meditation. Participants receive the guided Adamantine 3-Minute Meditation, which students use to manage study stress (Rosero, 2024b; Rosero, 2024a).
  • Related practices have positive research. A meta-analysis found that acupressure, pressing on points with the hands, reduced pre-treatment anxiety with a medium effect (Au et al., 2015).

What Is Adamantine Health?

Adamantine Health is a self-healing system that aims to support the whole person, body, mind, emotions and spirit. Its creator, Dr Francisco Rosero, presents it as a complementary medicine method, designed to work alongside conventional care rather than replace it (Rosero, 2024a).

The heart of the method is hands-on stimulation of specific points, which Rosero describes as points on the nervous system. He explains the idea in terms of cell biology: the technique “aids in the recovery of the resting membrane potential of the cell”, a state linked with normal cell membrane function (Rosero, 2024c). In his account, restoring this balance supports nerve signalling, muscle contraction and the regulation of blood pressure (Rosero, 2024b).

Alongside the points work, the programme teaches meditation, intention, the use of sound frequencies and a positive mindset called the “Adamantine Philosophy”. The word adamantine means unbreakable or as strong as diamond, reflecting the method’s emphasis on inner strength, resilience and certainty.

Where Adamantine Health Came From

Dr Francisco Rosero is a teacher and healer from Ecuador who has shared Adamantine Healing for more than two decades. He describes the method as “a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern science” and says that over 24 years it has evolved into a system grounded in practical experience with many participants (Rosero, 2024a).

His work also includes teaching on the “Magnetic Heart” and its seven spheres of intelligence, which form part of the method’s approach to emotional balance and life purpose (Rosero, 2024b). He has taught courses in person in several countries, including visits to Puerto Rico, and long-standing students in Australia and the United States describe learning with him in the early 2000s (Rosero, 2024a; Rosero, 2024b).

Today the method is taught mainly through live online classes. Free introductory healing classes are offered through regional coordinators in Australasia and the Americas, and the full programme is available in English and Spanish (Rosero, 2024b; Rosero, 2025).

The Coach-Mentor Certification

For people who want to help others, Rosero leads the Adamantine Health Coach-Mentor Certification. It combines coaching, mentoring and the Adamantine Healing method. The course runs for 32 hours over 16 virtual classes, plus 15 hours of research, a total of 47 hours. Graduates who pass the final exam receive a certificate accredited by the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH), and Rosero’s organisation, Adamantine Mind, is an accredited training provider of that association (Rosero, 2024c; IAOTH).

How Adamantine Health Works

The six classes

The Adamantine Healing Program is made up of six classes, each building on the one before (Rosero, 2024b):

Class Theme What it covers
1 Energy points and self-healing The location and function of key energy points to start your healing process and enhance wellbeing
2 The power of consciousness Balancing the nervous and immune systems and using combinations of energy points
3 Healing with magnetic energy Group healing, distance healing and healing for animals using the Adamantine Chain
4 Overcoming emotional blockages Universal laws for manifestation and an introduction to your Magnetic Heart
5 Mental clarity and new cycles Using sound frequencies to attract opportunities and close old cycles
6 Aligning with your life’s purpose Exploring your potential, strengthening positive qualities and higher states of consciousness

After each class, participants receive a handout by email, with audio and video files such as the guided Adamantine 3-Minute Meditation. A chat group lets participants share experiences and ask questions during and after the programme (Rosero, 2024b).

Energy points

The method teaches a set of numbered points that are stimulated with the hands, alone or in combinations. A student from Melbourne, for example, describes using “points 7 and 3” in the evening after a tiring day of gardening and waking with his energy restored (Rosero, 2024b). Points are also used to support relaxation, calm the nervous system and promote emotional balance.

The Adamantine 3-Minute Meditation

This short guided meditation is one of the method’s most accessible tools. Rosero says executives use the method to stay at their best and students use the 3-Minute Meditation to manage academic stress (Rosero, 2024a).

The Adamantine Philosophy

Early in the training, participants are introduced to a mindset known as the Adamantine Philosophy. It encourages people to reshape their thought patterns and meet challenges with greater resilience and clarity (Rosero, 2024a). One student summed up her biggest lesson as learning “to come from certainty” (Rosero, 2024a).

How to Try a Simple Adamantine-Style Self-Care Practice

The specific Adamantine energy points and their combinations are taught in the official classes, so they are not reproduced here (Rosero, 2024b). This simple practice draws on the method’s main themes, which are hands-on self-care, a short daily meditation, the heart and a positive mindset. You can use it on its own or as preparation for a class.

  1. Sit comfortably. Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Rest your hands in your lap and close your eyes or soften your gaze.
  2. Take three slow breaths. Breathe in gently through your nose for a count of four and out for a count of six. Let your shoulders drop with each out-breath.
  3. Place your hands on your heart. Rest one or both palms lightly over the centre of your chest. Feel the warmth of your hands and the gentle rise and fall of your breath.
  4. Meditate for three minutes. Keep your attention on the contact of your hands and your breath for about three minutes. When your mind wanders, gently return to the feeling of your hands.
  5. Rest your hands where you feel tension. Move your hands to any area that feels tired or tense, such as your forehead, neck or shoulders. Rest them there for a minute with calm attention, using only light contact.
  6. Set a clear intention. Silently state a positive intention for the day, such as “I am calm, clear and full of energy.” The Adamantine approach encourages acting from a place of certainty.
  7. Close with gratitude. Return your hands to your heart, take one more slow breath and think of one thing you are grateful for before you open your eyes.

Try this once or twice a day for a week and notice how you feel. If you want to learn the specific Adamantine points and techniques, the free introductory classes are the best place to start. For any health concern, keep working with your doctor alongside complementary practices.

What People Use Adamantine Health For

People come to Adamantine Health for a wide range of reasons. According to the founder and participants, common uses include:

  • Stress and relaxation – calming the nervous system after busy or demanding periods. See stress management.
  • Energy – restoring a sense of vitality after tiring days. See energy and fatigue.
  • Emotional balance – working with emotional blocks through the Magnetic Heart teachings.
  • Mental clarity and focus – for work, study and decision-making.
  • Self-care and prevention – a simple daily routine to support long-term wellbeing. Several students say they took the course to feel more in control of their own health (Rosero, 2024b; Rosero, 2024a).
  • Helping others – using the techniques with family, friends and, through distance healing, people further away.
  • Purpose and personal growth – aligning daily life with deeper values and goals.

Practitioners also combine the Adamantine Health System with other complementary methods. US energy healer Dr Catherine Schultz, for example, lists it alongside Reiki, the Yuen Method and flower essences in her sessions (Dr Catherine Schultz).

What the Research Shows

Adamantine Health draws on practices with a growing research base, including hands-on point stimulation, gentle energy healing and short daily meditation. Here is what studies of these related approaches have found.

Hands-on point stimulation

Like acupressure, Adamantine Healing involves stimulating points on the body with the hands. A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised trials found that acupressure reduced anxiety before surgery or treatment more than sham acupressure. All seven included trials reported a positive effect, and the combined result showed a medium effect size (Au et al., 2015).

Gentle energy healing

Adamantine Healing belongs to the broad family of energy or biofield therapies. A review of placebo-controlled studies of Reiki, a hands-on energy therapy, found that 8 of 13 suitable studies showed Reiki to be more effective than placebo. The author described it as “a safe and gentle ‘complementary’ therapy” with potential for broader use (McManus, 2017).

Short daily meditation

The Adamantine 3-Minute Meditation is a short practice, and meditation more generally is well studied. A large review in JAMA Internal Medicine found that mindfulness meditation programmes brought moderate improvements in anxiety, depression and pain (Goyal et al., 2014).

Together, these findings highlight the value of the method’s building blocks, calm attention, gentle touch and regular self-care, as worthwhile practices in their own right.

The Magnetic Heart and Life Purpose

Adamantine Health goes beyond the body. The later classes in the programme turn to emotions, the mind and life direction (Rosero, 2024b).

The Magnetic Heart

In class four, participants are introduced to the Magnetic Heart, described as a centre of emotional balance and harmony. Rosero teaches that the Magnetic Heart has seven spheres of intelligence, and that releasing blocks in its energy flow supports an emotionally balanced life (Rosero, 2024b; Rosero, 2025). This links Adamantine Health to other heart-centred practices, such as Ho’oponopono and spiritual healing.

Sound and new cycles

Class five uses sound frequencies to help close negative cycles and open new ones (Rosero, 2024b). If you enjoy this side of the method, our guide to sound healing explores the wider tradition.

Purpose and higher consciousness

The final class focuses on aligning with your life’s purpose, strengthening your positive qualities and reaching higher states of consciousness. The programme frames this as part of “whole-person health”, integrating the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual parts of your life so that each supports the others (Rosero, 2024b).

Key Adamantine Terms

If you are new to the method, these terms come up often in the classes and the founder’s writing (Rosero, 2024b; Rosero, 2024a; Rosero, 2024c):

Term Meaning
Energy points Numbered points on the body that are stimulated with the hands, alone or in combinations
Resting membrane potential The electrical balance of a resting cell, which the method aims to help restore
Adamantine Chain A technique for group healing, distance healing and healing for animals
Magnetic Heart A centre of emotional balance with seven spheres of intelligence
Adamantine Philosophy A positive, resilient mindset introduced early in the training
Adamantine 3-Minute Meditation A short guided meditation for daily practice
Whole-person health Integrating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing

Learning these ideas before your first class can make the programme easier to follow, especially as each class builds on the last.

Getting the Most from Adamantine Health

  • Start with a free class. The introductory sessions give you a feel for the method and the teachers before you join the full programme (Rosero, 2024b).
  • Practise daily. As one student put it, “just like a muscle, one trains their whole being into Adamantine healing through regular practice” (Rosero, 2024a).
  • Use the 3-Minute Meditation. It is short enough to fit into a morning, a lunch break or the end of the day.
  • Use the chat group. Sharing your experiences and asking questions helps you apply the techniques correctly (Rosero, 2024b).
  • Keep a journal. Note how you feel before and after practice to see what helps you most.
  • Combine it with healthy habits. Sleep, movement, good food and relationships all support whole-person health.
